International skiing in the Jura massif
The association was created in 2016, with an obvious objective: to make the Jura massif vibrate around international Nordic skiing competitions. Nordic skiing disciplines have a strong presence in the Jura.
With its international experience after the first women’s ski jumping World Cup in France in 2018 and the Youth Olympic Games in 2020, the Jura Ski Events association relies on its 300 or so volunteers and the Prémanon National Nordic Skiing and Mid-Mountain Centre (CNSNMM), owner of the Tuffes Nordic stadium, to organise the various events.
Upcoming sports competitions at Les Tuffes Nordic Stadium in 2022 and 2023
After these major events and with the newly acquired reputation of the Jura, other international events, including the French Championships in April 2022 and Cross-Country Skiing World Cup in January 2023, andare scheduled at Les Tuffes Nordic Stadium.
